We aim to ship within 2 working days. Please note: Many of our handmade products are made to order. If you need your order quickly please contact the workshop on 01335 390639 to place your order over the phone. We can offer next day delivery for an extra change of £4.95 if your chosen product is in stock.
If we are out of stock of an item we will inform you and give you a date of our next manufacturing run (normally within 5 days) and the opportunity to amend your order. Please note that during the run up to Christmas, our facilities are running at full capacity and some items may not be available till the New Year. Shipping to the United Kingdom , Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands The shipping charge to the UK, Ireland and The Channel Islands is dependant on the total order amount:- We only ship Internationally charged by weight of order and confirmed method of shipment and by prior arrangement only: Payment will be through Paypal invoice

Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a free of charge replacement or refund on of the lost/damaged items. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt and we may ask for a photograph or return of the items in way of proof. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange any items or return them for a refund then we ask you to contact us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Provided the goods are returned to us in an unused, saleable condition, with the original packaging we will fully refund the price of the items along with the outgoing delivery cost. We must be informed prior to the return of any items.
