Round Table Lamp in Geisha

Our beautiful round table lamp is modern, classical and elegant. With its globe design this lamp will fit perfectly into any setting and will always be stylish. Our gorgeous ceramic base stands 22cms tall and 22cms wide. 

We gave the look of traditional Japanese Lacquerware a modern twist and the result has been our stunning new Geisha glaze. The deepest jet black with the high sheen found in lacquerware has been combined with bursts of blush red, warm orange, sunshine yellow and deep jade green.

All our Dovedale ceramics are created entirely in Derbyshire, the forms are cast in Long Eaton and bisque fired there, then we collect them and take them to our Dovedale workshop where each piece is carefully hand painted with our special reactive glaze and put in our kilns. Then it is up to the ‘Kiln Gods’ as to how the glaze reacts, creating the stunning distinctive finish our Dovedale range is known for.

Every piece is completely handmade and totally unique, the shades and glaze patterns will vary slightly from the one pictured. Does not include shade or bulb.

We keep limited stock of all our lamps so occasionally we may need to glaze-to-order which may take up to 10 days. If this occurs we'll contact you to let you know.
